Click the « BOOK » button to make a reservation.

Authenticate by using your e-mail address or the Workplace App Scan Code (see Room Display End user guide | User identification)

Fill out your desired options and select « Confirm Booking »

Check your selections and « Confirm Booking »

The app will confirm if the reservation creation was successful

Using your Primary Email

  1. Enter your e-mail address

  2. After 3 characters, the tool will start giving you some options to choose from

  3. Select your user

Using your mobile app

  1. Open Workplace App on your Mobile device

  1. Click on settings icon

  1. Click on QR to enlarge and present to camera

Gain even quicker access to your QR code by adding a widget to your phone, then you don’t even need to access the Workplace App

Extending a ongoing meeting

When there’s an ongoing meeting, you can « Stop » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the meeting room.

Find another room

Select action « Find Rooms » to see all meeting rooms arranged by floor. See them in a list view or grid view or on the floorplan (current room is highlighted)

Authenticate by using your e-mail address or the Workplace App Scan Code (see Select Login Method)

Fill out your desired options and select « Confirm Booking »

Check your selections and « Confirm Booking »

The app will confirm if the reservation creation was successful

Locating the room “You are here”

Selecting « Here I am» highlights your location on the floorplan

Change Language

Selecting « Change Language » allows you to change the language of the app
