Irrelevant settings related to reservation creation, recurring reservations, and the Calander will be hidden. Reservations (Created via Workplace Experience) can still be managed via Workplace Management).

If contextual access to properties is enabled, it is now also possible to assign the 'Reservation coordinator' role in the context of a property.

It was already possible to indicate a reservable object as 'Show in shortlist' (yes/no). However,  there was no way to select an object that was not shown in the shortlist.

From now on, the reservation coordinator can filter on this field in the reservation calendar* and can choose to filter on reservable objects that are not displayed in the default shortlists (shown when creating a reservation via the startboard)

*The reservation calendar can be used by the reservation coordinator to create a reservation directly via the navigation menu, or from within an existing reservation, as this is opened when adding items via the relevant includes)

It was already possible to enable access to specific properties, now the option to assign contextual view or edit rights to (sub) areas has been added. This makes sure users only view or edit areas they have been specifically authorized for.

Although it's not necessary, view rights can also be granted on a property level, if this isn't done, users can only find areas via the area search and not via the properties.

To use this feature, you must activate the “Contextual access to properties” setting in the “Module settings - Masterdata”. When activated, you'll get an extra tab to assign rights to areas (as was already the case for properties).
