Find a (favorite) colleague
Find (favorite) colleagues planning to visit the office/building.
View your colleague’s upcoming reservations and their location on a floor plan.
This feature verifies reservation data, so there is no active tracking of people
Book a desk near your colleague
Floor plan with pictures of the reservation responsible is displayed in ‘People’ view.
Search allows the user to identify the colleague, even if he might not have a profile picture.
User picture of the reservation responsible is configured in the IWMS Employee (cannot be changed in the app).
FAQ
I quickly want to see who is in the office right now, and where they are seated?
Just turn on View By Other > "People" on the live floor plan.
