Understand better the steps in the Xovis process
Communicate the Xovis project steps to all stakeholders
Step 1. Prepare your project
Once you have access to the hardware shipment list (see https://spacewell.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/WM/pages/229015617/Hardware+Logistics#Overview-of-hardware-orders for the latest relevant link), have your Spacewell consultant verify the Xovis' devices MAC addresses are listed in the Xovis hub under “Unmanaged Devices”.
For a Spacewell consultant to get access to the Xovis hub, reach out to the Hardware team
If you don’t see your devices listed under Unmanaged Devices, reach out to the Hardware team (create ticket “Check on TTN”)
As in every project, check the Sensor plan with the (in this case Xovis) Xovis installation location instructions
Make sure on-site situation fits the Xovis hardware & network requirements

Step 3. Xovis Configuration
Follow steps on Xovis configuration:
Configuration steps 1+2 (General Settings) need to be done while connected to the same network as the device
Configuration steps 3 (Singlesensor Settings etc) and further:
if devices are not available on Xovis hub (as checked in step 1” Prepare your project”): you’ll have to do this configuration step on site
if devices are available on Xovis hub, then you can do the configuration remotely
Have the sensor gather data on start/stop points for some time (the longer the better); ideally before configuration of the virtual footfall line
