If an account is deactivated or deleted in Workplace Management, the corresponding account in Workplace Experience will also get deactivated or deleted. |
QUEEN-7048 | Platform | Anonymize users It is now possible to anonymize users after a given time or when put out of service. The rules for anonymization are configured in Workplace Management. If a user is anonymized in Workplace Management, the corresponding account in Workplace Experience will be deleted automatically. |
QUEEN-7049 | Platform | Anonymize reservation data Reservation data can be anonymized after a configruable time. Rules for anonymization of reservation data are configured in Workplace Management. When reservation data is anonymized, it will not be possible to view the details of reservation in Workplace Experience anymore. QUEEN-7169 | GO | Client specific login URL for GO We have added for every tenant a client specific login URL for GO. This will eliminate the need for whitelisting domains, in case of SSO login, as the URL already points to the desired tenant. It will also eliminate the extra step of choosing a tenant, in case your login is associated with multiple tenants.

QUEEN-7112 | GO | Bugfix for password changes in GO When changing the password, the user must be presented with an information message informing about the mandatory character classes (e.g. Uppercase letter, special character). This information was not displayed in the information message, leaving the user with no clue what was required to enter a valid new password. This has been fixed now. |

QUEEN-7095 | Studio | Bugfix for disabled locations in Studio The visibility of disabled locations is controlled by the 'Show disabled' checkbox in Spaces. Enabling this option will allow users to view and edit all locations, including disabled ones, in the configuration. Disabling the 'Show disabled locations' option is meant to filter out disabled locations from the Studio configuration. However, it was observed that when users enabled the 'Show disabled locations' option, it was not possible to assign locations on the floorplan. This has been fixed and it is again possible to edit floorplans for disabled locations. |
QUEEN-7253 | Studio | Bugfix for Device Health notifications When clicking the Run Now button in Device Health notifications nothing was happening, the mail alert was not triggered. This has been fixed now. |
QUEEN-7318 | Studio | Bugfix for IWMS account field We've resolved an issue in Studio where entering IWMS account IDs resulted in lowercase saving, disregarding uppercase characters. This caused problems as WPM accounts are case-sensitive, leading to mismatches. |

MOB-33395 | Room Display | Search for a meeting room causes a crash When searching for a room the application froze and got restarted. It was happening because of heavy UI rendering and was fixed by limiting the type of data rendered. |
MOB-33539 | Room Display | Duplicate results when searching for a reservation responsible It was observed that sometimes duplicate records were showing with the same name. This was fixed by clearing the existing list before assigning the new list. Additionally, the search functionality has been improved to show the search results faster. |
MOB-33546 | Room Display | Issue when searching for another location When searching for another location, the search was automatically initiated after each letter typed. This was causing long waiting and search times. This was fixed by by modifying the functionality to only call the Andorid search functionality service when the user clicks the search button on the keyboard, aligning it with how it operates on iOS. |
MOB-33644 | Room Display | Issue with scanning QR code When trying to authenticate via scanning the QR code, the LED light turned from green or red into white. This has been resolved, the same LED color will remain when navigating to any other screen/activity. |
MOB-33792 | Room Display | Issue with alignment of the user interface If the room name is too lengthy, elements such as occupancy information were visualized vertically and both 'Extend' and 'End' buttons were not displayed. This issue was resolved, displaying the mentioned elements correctly, even if the room name is long. |

This was resolved by enhancing the functionality to support the “No logo“ case for both the header and footer sections. |
