Most standard workflows also have a standard set of emails that can be generated once the module for this workflow is activated (See Module activation for more details on this (These options are only available to level 2 and 3 administrators)
These standard emails are the emails that are automatically sent based on status changes in the workflow. Some examples are:
The email to the requestor of a request, if more information is needed to handle the request
The email to the contractor in a work order contains the work order details to be executed
The email to an employee that is linked to a contract as the one to receive the reminder if the contract period is about to end
(Re)generate the standard workflow emails
If some or all of these emails for a given workflow have been deleted, they can always be regenerated by going to the workflow version and using the ‘Generate standard emails’ button. This will only generate the workflow emails that are currently not already present:
Be aware, to be able to navigate to the workflows, a user needs to have a level 3 administrator account.
