After reading this article, you’ll be able to:
Create a group booking of workplaces for (yourself and) your colleagues
This feature is only available when a floor plan is configured.
1. Select group booking and indicate number of required workplaces
2. Enter Search Criteria and select desired number of participants
The maximum number of workplaces in one group booking is set to 20.
Indicate which desks you want to book on the floor plan
Use search and then select participants
Workstations are assigned to your colleagues
It’s not possible to change the mapping of names to specific desks
Booking confirmation
Once confirmed, group booking becomes individual reservations which the organizer can’t access anymore.
