When using customer network for connectivity:

On the network, the devices must have HTTP & HTTPS access via port 80 & 443.

De IP-adressen zijn dynamisch voor zowel Cobundu als Device Control, wat betekent dat ze in de toekomst kunnen (en zullen!) veranderen. Daarom is een statisch IP niet nodig of zelfs maar mogelijk.

The IP addresses are dynamic for both Cobundu & Device Control, meaning they might (and will!) change in the future. Therefore a Static IP is not required or even possible.

The Kiosk App consumes 5-10 GB of data per month. This will vary according to the device profile, theme, configuration changes and Custom Content.

When using 4G Router RUT241 for connectivity: no network requirements to customer IT

De QBIC BOX PC installeren in combinatie met een ELO-scherm

  • Installeer de WiFi-antenne op de QBIC BOX PC (indien van toepassing / netwerkverbinding via WiFi. Niet nodig als een ethernetkabel wordt gebruikt)

    • Plaats de volgende kabels in de

    Waar de kiosk geïnstalleerd wordt, zijn een ethernetkabel (RJ-45) en 2 voedingsaansluitingen nodig (alle kiosken groter dan 22" worden geleverd met een aparte rugzak: scherm en rugzak worden apart gevoed): Zowel het scherm als de PC worden onafhankelijk gevoed via gelijkstroom, dus voorzie 2 stopcontacten.

    Verbinding maken met het apparaat via Wi-Fi is ook mogelijk, maar RJ-45 biedt een stabielere verbinding.

    When using customer network for connectivity:

    Where the kiosk will be installed, an Ethernet cable (RJ-45) and power sockets are required

    • 22” kiosk needs 1 power socket

    • 32” and 55” kiosks come with a separate backpack, where screen and backpack are powered separately: Both the screen and the PC are powered independently over DC power, so foresee 2 power sockets.


    Connecting the device via Wi-Fi is also possible, but RJ-45 provides a more stable connection.

    When using 4G Router RUT241 for connectivity:

    Where the kiosk will be installed, 2-3 power plugs are required

    • 22” 4G kiosk needs 2 power sockets

    • 32” and 55” kiosks come with a separate backpack, so when using additional 4G router: the screen, the PC and the router are powered independently over DC power, so foresee 3 power sockets.

    Prerequisites

    Connecting the backpack with the screen

    22” series
    The 22' kiosk has the Android PC built in the device (like a regular tablet). No cables required

    32” series
    The Android Backpack needs to be connected to the screen using the USB-C cable provided in the box. This cable will provide both video and touchscreen capabilities

    55” series
    The Android Backpack needs to be connected to the screen using the HDMI cable for video and the USB-C cable for touchscreen capabilities

    Installing the QBIC BOX PC in combination with an ELO screen

    1. Install the WiFi antenna on the QBIC BOX PC (if applicable / network connectivity through WiFi. Not needed if ethernet cable will be used)

    2. Place the following cables in the QBIC BOX PC:

      1. HDMI

      2. USB-C

      3. Ethernetkabel (indien van toepassing / netwerkverbinding via ethernetkabel. Niet nodig als WiFi wordt gebruikt)

      Sluit de
