Der Sensorzustand ergibt sich aus der letzten Kommunikation des Sensors mit der Workplace Platform.

Bei der Kommunikation kann es sich um einen Sensorwert oder einen Heartbeat handeln.

Da jeder Gerätetyp seine eigene Herzschlagfrequenz hat, wird der Zustand des Geräts pro Sensortyp bewertet. Die folgende Tabelle zeigt die Details der "Gesundheitsschwellenwerte" pro Gerätetyp:

KPI Health Cards

3. Choose either Spaces or Devices, to see the KPI Health Cards at the top

4. In Spaces, select a location to view Health Cards for the relevant location

In Devices, KPI Health Cards for the whole environment are shown. Select a card to filter the overview below: it will only show devices with that status.

It’s not possible to take an export of the filtered overview (Devices export always includes ALL devices), but using Health Notifications, the e-mail includes an excel attachment containing only devices in To Check or Offline status. More information on

Health Cards

• Unlinked devices: shows how many devices are set up for this tenant but not linked to a location

• Linked devices: shows how many devices are linked to the tenant, or (if a location has been selected) to the selected location

• Live devices: shows how many devices regularly communicate with the Workplace platform

• Devices to check: shows how many devices in the selected location have difficulty reaching the Workplace platform (see Sensor Health Logic above)

• Offline Devices: shows how many devices in the selected location are not connecting to the Workplace platform (see Sensor Health Logic above)

Location hierarchy & floor plan to zoom in on problematic locations

In Studio Spaces, Sensor Health is communicated in multiple places, where icons and colors indicate the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location.

Gesundheitskarten

• Offline-GeräteWorkplace: Zeigt an, wie viele Geräte am ausgewählten Standort nicht mit der Workplace-Plattform verbunden sind (siehe Sensor Health Logic oben).

Standorthierarchie und Grundriss zum Heranzoomen problematischer Stellen

In Studio Spaces wird der Sensorzustand an mehreren Stellen angezeigt, wobei Symbole und Farben den schwerwiegendsten Status aller mit diesem Ort verbundenen Sensoren angeben.

Location Hierarchy

In the location hierarchy, an icon next to the level indicates the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location.

In above example: there are multiple sensors in “To Check” Status and also one in “Offline” status on the selected First floor. The icon next to “First floor” (and next to the relevant building and site) turns red to reflect the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location (hierarchy).

To understand better which sensor needs more attention, you can select the location in the hierarchy, in the locations list, devices list or on the floor plan.

The statuses are fetched in the moment the page is loaded, and then a background process retrieves the actual values every 15 minutes (after Studio is opened). So while drilling down to see sensor data on the historical data section of every separate sensor, where data from the last minutes might be shown, the real sensor status can differ from the Location hierarchy status if not refreshed yet through the background status update.

Floor plan

If you drill down to a floor level in the location hierarchy, you can select Floor plan visualization to see these values on the floor plan. If you want to drill down even more: Select "view by" (type).

The colors reflect the most severe status of all the sensors linked to that location.

In above example: two locations are colored yellow, so there are sensors in “To Check” Status in these locations (that might also have other sensors linked, that are in Online status, or multiple in To Check), and one location is colored red, so there are sensors in “Offline” status in that location (that might also have other sensors linked, that are in Online or To Check status, or multiple can be Offline).

Standort-Hierarchie

In der Standorthierarchie zeigt ein Symbol neben der Ebene den schwerwiegendsten Status aller mit diesem Standort verbundenen Sensoren an.

Im obigen Beispiel befinden sich mehrere Sensoren im Status "Zu prüfen" und einer im Status "Offline" im ausgewählten ersten Stock. Das Symbol neben "Erste Etage" (und neben dem entsprechenden Gebäude und Standort) wird rot, um den schwerwiegendsten Status aller mit diesem Standort (Hierarchie) verbundenen Sensoren anzuzeigen.

Um besser zu verstehen, welcher Sensor mehr Aufmerksamkeit benötigt, können Sie den Standort in der Hierarchie, in der Standortliste, der Geräteliste oder im Grundriss auswählen.

Grundriss

Wenn Sie in der Ortshierarchie bis zu einer Etage heruntergehen, können Sie Folgendes auswählen Grundriss-Visualisierung um diese Werte auf dem Grundriss zu sehen. Wenn Sie noch mehr aufschlüsseln möchten: Wählen Sie "Ansicht nach" (Typ).

Die Farben spiegeln den schwerwiegendsten Status aller mit diesem Ort verbundenen Sensoren wider.

Im obigen Beispiel sind zwei Standorte gelb eingefärbt, d. h. es befinden sich Sensoren im Status "Zu prüfen" an diesen Standorten (mit denen möglicherweise auch andere Sensoren verknüpft sind, die sich im Online-Status befinden, oder mehrere im Status "Zu prüfen"), und ein Standort ist rot eingefärbt, d. h. es befinden sich Sensoren im Status "Offline" an diesem Standort (mit denen möglicherweise auch andere Sensoren verknüpft sind, die sich im Status "Online" oder "Zu prüfen" befinden, oder mehrere können offline sein).
