QR code: enlarges your Workplace specific QR code. This QR code can be used for login purposes on the Kiosk App.
Customize your feed: enable/disable or reorder the following items in the Home screen feed

My Favorites
My Favorite Colleagues

Preferences
Change your Language (across all Workplace touchpoints) to any of following languages:
English
Dutch
French
German
Swedish
Spanish
Select Theme to use dark mode (see below) or use the device system default

Change password: If you log in with Single Sign-On (SSO), you will not see “Change Password” settings. Only relevant if you’re using Workplace specific credentials.
Provide valid inputs in all the fields
On selecting Submit button, account password is changed
Dark mode
How to enable dark mode on a device?
When enabled via device display settings (exact location of the setting might vary depending on device/manufacturer), the Workplace App will switch to the dark theme after being relaunched.
How to enable dark mode in Workplace ?
A new "Theme" setting has been added in the app, On the settings screen, user can select one of the below 3 options :
System default: The app works based on the device setting. If the device is set to dark theme (either set by the user via display settings or due to battery saving), the Workplace app will inherit the same theme automatically the first time it is launched after the settings change. As native support for dark mode is only available on newer OS versions (Android 10+, iOS 13+), the "System default" option is not available in the app on devices running an older OS version.
Light: The app is shown in Spacewell theme and L&F (white, teal, blue), irrespective of the device theme.
Dark: The app is displayed in dark theme and L&F (black, teal, blue), irrespective of the device theme.
Widgets
Widgets only load when user is logged in on Workplace App.
Upcoming Events
Shows all reservations that are made for today.
Clicking a reservation will open the Workplace App.
My QR code
Displays the users’ QR code. This QR code can be used to log in on the Kiosk App.
Clicking the QR code will open the Workplace App.
