  • book a simple ticket through the Workplace App


A user can create a simple ticket, by filling in a subject, description and they can add attachments.

In the back-end, a default ticket will be created, with following specifications:

  • Default problem type (set in WP Management)

    • Derived priority

    • Derived workflow

  • Requestor location (set in WP Management)
