Contact Groups allows you to manage your favorite colleagues as you can categorize them into customizable groups, facilitating efficient group bookings and colleague identification.

How to configure a Contact Group?

Create a new contact group by following these steps:

  1. Define a unique name for your contact group

  2. Select contacts through Search or select from Favorite Colleagues list or Recent History

Contact Groups are unique for you as logged in user. They cannot be shared with anyone.

Use the Search box to quickly find the required Contact Group.

Sort Contact Groups from A-Z or from Z-A.

Use the three dots next to Contact Group name to

  • Edit Contact Group allows to change the group name and to add or remove contacts

  • Delete Contact Group to remove from the list

Manage Contacts within a Contact Group

Use the Search box to quickly find the required Contact on name or e-mail address.

Sort Contact Groups from A-Z or from Z-A.

Use the three dots next to Contact name to

  • Add a contact to Favorites list

  • Remove individual contacts from the group
