Track utilization based on comfort data
Based on the comfort data and some metadata (like m2 of the location), an underlying algorithm calculates utilization. It analyses the room over long periods of time to improve the virtual sensor’s performance. The algorithm also needs a minimum of 8 hours of data without gaps to show the virtual sensors.

Ventilation system & temperature gradients (mixing of air)
So far, the accuracy we tested was not satisfactory.
Unlike headcount sensors (with 90-95% accuracy), measuring utilization with Airthings is around 40-60% accurate*

Regulatory information
The Airthings Hub is intended for indoor use only. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long periods.
Avoid exposure to direct heat sources. For correct usage, make sure the detector is operating in the specified temperature range (see technical specifications).
Exposure to high humidity might permanently alter the detector sensitivity or damage it.
Do NOT disassemble. If the Airthings Hub does not work as specified or if you are in doubt, contact your local dealer or visit us at https://www.airthings.com/.
Use a dry cloth to clean the detector.
Use only the adaptor supply shipped with the product.
Always snap the mounting bracket to the rear side to protect the product, even if the product is not permanently mounted.
