Quick start guide

‪The Kiosk app is usually installed on large screens at the building or floor entry.

Depending on the screen rotation, the Kiosk app will switch to the relevant Landscape or Portrait mode.

Functionality Overview

Location Detail Screen

  • Location name & Picture

  • Comfort & Occupancy information (depending on sensors available for the location)

  • Linked location grouping

  • Capacity

  • Timeline shows today’s date and reservations.

  • Quick timeslots available after configuration

 

Reservations made easy

Check availability and make a reservations via live floorplan view, on a timeline listing all locations or check available pictures of locations in grid view.

 

 

 

Live Data Floor plan

  1. Select a location and check the availability

  2. Select date & time. This will automatically open on “Today”, but the calendars allows a search on other data. Use Quick Timeslots or select from-till period.

  3. Confirm timeslot

  4. Select login method and log in.

  5. Confirm the reservation

  6. The tool will confirm if the reservation creation was successful

Floor plan Legend

Occupancy View

Green means that the location is not currently occupied.

Red means the room/desk is currently occupied. The icon will fade out over time. As the icon fades out, the likelihood that the room is still occupied is going down. After a sensor is triggered, it takes 15 minutes for the location to show green again (if not triggered again).

Grey means that this location should not be used/ occupied (eg checkered pattern due to covid).

 

Reservation View

Red means the room is reserved and occupied.

The number indicates for how long the room is reserved in minutes.

Yellow means the room is reserved but not currently occupied.

The number indicates for how long the room is reserved in minutes.

Green with an icon means the room is not reserved but occupied.

Green with a number means the room is reserved in X minutes.

Red with an icon means that the room is not reservable but currently occupied.
