Visualize changes over time

Almost all of the sensor data that can be viewed in Live Floorplan (occupancy, utilization, temperature, humidity etc) can be visualized in Replay.

Select a start and end date for the period you want to visualize and choose the steps in granularity you want the tool to take (15min, 1h or 1 day), depending on the period.

Replay functionality is only available for sensor data older than 1 day.

How to use Replay?

1. Select the floor from the location tree in the top left corner (if you have selected one in Live Data, this will open automatically)

2. Set your filters in the top right corner. Depending on the configurations for this floor, you might see following cards:

   1. Departments: view all or select a department to focus the Replay on

   2. Zones: view all or select a zone to focus the Replay on

   3. Space Type: view all or select Rooms, Workplaces or Parking to focus Replay on

   4. View By: select which type of data you want to see

3. Select a start and end date for the period you want to visualize and choose the steps in granularity you want the tool to take (15min, 1h or 1 day), depending on the period:

   • For granularity "15min", the period between from and to dates must be less than one week.

   • For granularity "1h", the period between from and to dates must be less than one month.

4. Select the speed of the Replay.

   • Default speed is to take a step per second.

   • You can choose to accelerate the speed 2 or 3 times.

Good to know

• The timelapse shows 24/7, so depending on your period selection, it might include nights and weekends.

• The Data in the Replay shows average values for all the dimensions.

• It’s possible to pause the Replay to focus on a specific moment, or to select a moment on the timeline that you want to jump to.

• Remember that Replay functionality is only intended to visualize sensor data, not reservations data.
