With this new feature, you can Scan the QR code , then log in (optionally via SSO)

you’ll arrive on the Asset page to which the QR code is linked, from which you can create a ticket

Value added:

  • Faster ticket creation

  • QR code unique to each object

  • Can be applied on any object (coffee machine, airco, furniture)
