By introducing contact groups, we will apply a new search component each time you’re looking for a contact. When making a group reservation, you will be able to first select all the people (individually or as group) you want to include and then select the desks for the group reservation |

I want to be able to first select my (group of) contacts before choosing the desks to reserve
So that the system intelligently counts the number of people and presents the available desks to book

Door contactgroepen te introduceren, passen we een nieuwe zoekcomponent toe telkens wanneer u op zoek bent naar een contactpersoon. Wanneer u een groepsreservering maakt, kunt u eerst alle personen selecteren (individueel of als groep) die u wilt opnemen en vervolgens de balies voor de groepsreservering selecteren. |
