By introducing contact groups, we will apply a new search component each time you’re looking for a contact. When making a group reservation, you will be able to first select all the people (individually or as group) you want to include and then select the desks for the group reservation

  • As an end user

  • I want to be able to first select my (group of) contacts before choosing the desks to reserve

  • So that the system intelligently counts the number of people and presents the available desks to book

Benefits

  • Optimized User Experience: by first asking to select the contacts (groups) the user doesn’t have to count the desks to book
