Her you will find the reports that are used to share data between the Workplace Management (Axxerion) and Workplace Experience (Cobundu) platform. You can open a reports by clicking on the magnifying glass.

Analytics

The WPM-WPEintegration debug dashboard can easily be accessed via the ‘Analytics’ button on your startBoard.

The Analytics dashboard can be used to troubleshoot the WPM setup. For this several dashboards are available that show incorrect settings or missing data. These dashboards help the Consultant or Customer Support to pinpoint the issue.

One of the first steps of troubleshooting is to run the Reports manually with a filter on the corresponding External app. If the result is not what the user expects, then the user can check why some data is missing or why incorrect data is returned.

Use of colors

The dashboard analyses some key components of the integration. If there is an issue, the columns ‘Remark’ or ‘Value’ will tell you what you need to do to fix the issue. The colors should be interpreted as follows:

• Green: good, no action needed.

• Orange: non-blocking issue, integration works but with the indicated limitation/ point of attention.

• Red: blocking issue that needs to be fixed in order for the integration to work.

The dashboard contains multiple reports

• Workplace Experience debug overview: the Workplace Experience debug overview shows incorrect settings or missing objects. If a setting is incorrect or not set up optimal, a description is shown in the ‘Remark’ column on how to fix the issue.

• Workplace Experience reports customization: the Workplace Experience reports customization shows if client customization has been added to the default Workplace Experience reports.

• Property and Area hierarchy: shows if all parent areas are linked to the External app. This is to prevent an unclear overview of areas in Workplace Experience . The overview also shows if the hierarchy of the areas in Axxerion Workplace is correct according to the default categories.

  • A Floor area can only have a Main area as a parent

  • A Parking or Workplace area can’t have a Workplace or Parking area as a parent

  • etc.

QR codes areas

Using this report, you are able to print QR codes for areas and workplaces on standard A4 paper.

• We advise you use the method described below which allows you to simply print the QR codes to A4 on a printer of your choosing.

• There is no need to buy a label printer.

Steps for printing QR codes

1. Click the ‘QR codes overview’ button;

2. Apply filtering if needed;

3. Click ‘Search’ to retrieve the results;

4. A list with all the QR codes is shown;

5. Click ‘Export’ > PDF list

6. A popup is now shown displaying information on what paper we currently advise for printing > click OK

7. Choose if you only want the QR code, or also the areas name or number > click ‘Ok’

   • Depending on the number of areas/ workplaces you are exporting, generating the PDF can take a while.

8. A PDF is now generated. Save it to you computer and print it.

Area photo overview

The area photo overview allows you to quickly add photo’s to an areas/ workplace from a list page.

Tips:

• Use the same photo for similar workplaces. For example the same photo for:

  • all workplaces without an extra screen;

  • all workplaces with a single screen;

  • all workplaces with double screens;

  • workplaces with a desktop.

Adding photos to (multiple) workplaces/ areas

1. Click the ‘Area photo overview’ button;

2. Apply filtering if needed;

3. Click ‘Search’ to retrieve the results;

4. The photo you want to apply to multiple areas must already be uploaded to one area/ workplace already;

   • You can drag-and drop a photo in the column ‘Photo’, use the '…', or click the paperclip symbol behind a photo field to upload a photo;

5. Select the area/ workplace from which you want to copy the photo (you can of course only select one photo to copy);

6. Click 'Link photo from selected area to other areas;

7. A search screen now appears that allows you to make a pre-selection of the areas to which you want to add the photo

8. Click ‘Search’ to retrieve the results. Note: no linking takes place yet in this step;

9. You’ll be presented with a list of areas;

10. Select all the areas to which you want copy the photo;

    • Tip: if you click an area > hold Shift > click an area for example 5 rows down, all areas in between will be selected as well.

11. click ‘Link photo to selected areas’ on the top of the page;

12. The screen now refreshes and the photo is linked to the selected area;

13. You can now select more areas to which you want to copy the same photo to, and click ‘Link photo to selected areas’ again;

14. If you want to copy a different photo, please navigate back to the startBoard and start over at step 1.

2. Rapporten

Hier vindt u de rapporten die gebruikt worden om gegevens te delen tussen het Workplace Management (Axxerion) en Workplace Experience (Cobundu) platform. U kunt een rapport openen door op het vergrootglas te klikken.

3. Gebruiker exporteren

Dit rapport kan worden gebruikt om alle gebruikers van Workplace Management te exporteren naar Excel. Dit rapport kan vervolgens direct worden geüpload in Cobundu Studio om gebruikers aan te maken,

Gebruik exporteren:

1. Klik op de knop 'Gebruiker exporteren';

2. Pas indien nodig filtering toe;

3. Klik op 'Zoeken' om de resultaten op te halen;

4. Externe apps

Overzicht als de bestaande externe apps gebruikt worden voor de integratie. De externe app wordt gebruikt om de relevante objecten (gebouwen, gebieden en gebruikers) beschikbaar te maken in Cobundu Studio.

5. Analytics

Het debug-dashboard van de WPM-WPE integratie is eenvoudig toegankelijk via de knop 'Analytics' op je startbord.

Het Analytics dashboard kan gebruikt worden om problemen met de WPM setup op te lossen. Hiervoor zijn verschillende dashboards beschikbaar die onjuiste instellingen of ontbrekende gegevens laten zien. Deze dashboards helpen de Consultant of Klantenservice om het probleem te lokaliseren.

Een van de eerste stappen bij het oplossen van problemen is het handmatig uitvoeren van de rapporten met een filter op de bijbehorende Externe app. Als het resultaat niet is wat de gebruiker verwacht, dan kan de gebruiker controleren waarom bepaalde gegevens ontbreken of waarom onjuiste gegevens worden geretourneerd.

Gebruik van kleuren

Het dashboard analyseert enkele belangrijke onderdelen van de integratie. Als er een probleem is, vertellen de kolommen 'Opmerking' of 'Waarde' je wat je moet doen om het probleem op te lossen. De kleuren moeten als volgt worden geïnterpreteerd:

• Groen: goed, geen actie nodig.

• Oranje: niet-blokkerende kwestie, integratie werkt maar met de aangegeven beperking/aandachtspunt.

• Rood: Blokkeerprobleem dat moet worden opgelost om de integratie te laten werken.

Het dashboard bevat meerdere rapporten

• Workplace Experience debug overzicht: het debug-overzicht van Workplace Experience toont onjuiste instellingen of ontbrekende objecten. Als een instelling onjuist is of niet optimaal is ingesteld, wordt in de kolom 'Opmerking' een beschrijving weergegeven over hoe het probleem kan worden opgelost.

• Aanpassing van rapporten voor Workplace Experiencede Workplace Experience reports customization laat zien of er klantaanpassingen zijn toegevoegd aan de standaard Workplace Experience rapporten.

• Hiërarchie van gebouwen en gebieden: laat zien of alle bovenliggende gebieden zijn gekoppeld aan de Externe app. Dit is om een onduidelijk overzicht van gebieden in Workplace Experience te voorkomen. Het overzicht laat ook zien of de hiërarchie van de gebieden in Axxerion Workplace correct is volgens de standaard categorieën.

  • Een verdiepingsgebied kan alleen een hoofdgebied als ouder hebben

  • Een Parking of Workplace gebied kan geen Workplace of Parking gebied als ouder hebben.

  • enz.

6. QR-codes gebieden

Met dit rapport kun je QR-codes afdrukken voor gebieden en werkplekken op standaard A4-papier.

• We raden je aan de hieronder beschreven methode te gebruiken, waarmee je de QR-codes eenvoudig op A4 kunt afdrukken op een printer naar keuze.

• Je hoeft geen labelprinter te kopen.

Stappen voor het afdrukken van QR codes

1. Klik op de knop 'QR codes overzicht';

2. Pas indien nodig filtering toe;

3. Klik op 'Zoeken' om de resultaten op te halen;

4. Een lijst met alle QR codes wordt getoond;

5. Klik op 'Exporteren' > PDF-lijst

6. Er wordt nu een pop-up weergegeven met informatie over het papier dat we momenteel adviseren voor afdrukken > klik op OK

7. Kies of je alleen de QR-code wilt, of ook de naam of het nummer van het gebied > klik op 'Ok'.

   • Afhankelijk van het aantal gebieden/werkplekken dat je exporteert, kan het genereren van de PDF even duren.

8. Er wordt nu een PDF gemaakt. Sla het op je computer op en druk het af.

7. Foto-overzicht van het gebied

Met het overzicht met gebiedsfoto's kun je snel foto's toevoegen aan een gebied/werkplek vanaf een lijstpagina.

Tips:

• Gebruik dezelfde foto voor vergelijkbare werkplekken. Bijvoorbeeld dezelfde foto voor:

  • alle werkplekken zonder extra scherm;

  • alle werkplekken met één scherm;

  • alle werkplekken met dubbele schermen;

  • Workplaces met een desktop.

Foto's toevoegen aan (meerdere) Workplaces/gebieden

1. Klik op de knop 'Overzicht gebiedsfoto's';

2. Pas indien nodig filtering toe;

3. Klik op 'Zoeken' om de resultaten op te halen;

4. De foto die je op meerdere gebieden wilt toepassen, moet al op één gebied/werkplek zijn geüpload;

   • Je kunt een foto slepen en neerzetten in de kolom 'Foto', de '...' gebruiken of op het paperclipsymbool achter een fotoveld klikken om een foto te uploaden;

5. Selecteer het gebied/de werkplek waarvan je de foto wilt kopiëren (je kunt natuurlijk maar één foto selecteren om te kopiëren);

6. Klik op 'Link foto van geselecteerd gebied naar andere gebieden';

7. Er verschijnt nu een zoekscherm waarin je een voorselectie kunt maken van de gebieden waaraan je de foto wilt toevoegen

8. Klik op 'Zoeken' om de resultaten op te halen. Opmerking: in deze stap vindt nog geen koppeling plaats;

9. Je krijgt een lijst met gebieden te zien;

10. Selecteer alle gebieden waarnaar je de foto wilt kopiëren;

    • Tip: als je op een gebied klikt > Shift ingedrukt houdt > op een gebied klikt, bijvoorbeeld 5 rijen lager, worden alle gebieden ertussen ook geselecteerd.

11. Klik op 'Link foto naar geselecteerde gebieden' bovenaan de pagina;

12. Het scherm wordt nu vernieuwd en de foto is gekoppeld aan het geselecteerde gebied;

13. Je kunt nu meer gebieden selecteren waarnaar je dezelfde foto wilt kopiëren en opnieuw klikken op 'Foto koppelen aan geselecteerde gebieden';

14. Als je een andere foto wilt kopiëren, navigeer dan terug naar het startpaneel en begin opnieuw bij stap 1.
