• Depending on your feature set, you can define which features are visible in the Workplace app. These features are described below

Features are enabled/disabled for the whole organization.

Reservation features

Show or hide any of following Reservation features:

• Book a room

• /workplace/parking space

Sensor data

Define for which location category (rooms, workplaces, parking spaces) sensor data is available.

Location features

• allow to see all floors in the building

• allow QR code scan of rooms, workplaces and/or parking spaces

• allow to see Floors card on the home screen

• allow access to live floor plans

• define which crowdedness indicators are visible (Crowdedness Indicator concept is explained on Workplace Glossary): building crowdedness, least crowded floor and/or floor crowdedness

Floor plan views

• define if end-user can filter on zones or change floor plan views

• define which floor plan views are available (data views are always only visible if data is captured on the floor)

Search

Allow search filter on rooms, workplaces, parking spaces and colleagues.

Favorites

Allow view on favorite rooms, workplaces, parking spaces and colleagues.

Find a Colleague

Allow find a colleague feature.

Workplace App Theme

• Set an accent color

• Define a header logo, which will show in the top left of the header. Choose between:

  • Default Workplace app logo

  • Custom logo

    • Max file size is 100kb. Supported file types are JPG & PNG

    • Note: For best results use rectangular image without background

  • No logo: will now show any name or text in the header

  • Text, allows to display company name only: Select text option and type the company name

• Define a bottom logo, which will
