Depending on your feature set, you can define which features are visible in the Workplace app. Features are enabled/disabled for the whole organization.
Reservation features
Show or hide any of following Reservation features:
Book a room
Book a workplace
Book a parking space
Upcoming events
Room timeline
Parking reservations
Ongoing events
Desk timeline
Parking timeline
Sensor data
Define for which location category (rooms, workplaces, parking spaces) sensor data is available.
Location features
allow to see all floors in the building
allow QR code scan of rooms, workplaces and/or parking spaces
allow to see Floors card on the home screen
allow access to live floor plans
define which crowdedness indicators are visible: building crowdedness, least crowded floor and/or floor crowdedness
Floor plan views
define if end-user can filter on zones or change floor plan views
define which floor plan views are available (data views are always only visible if data is captured on the floor)
Search
Allow search filter on rooms, workplaces, parking spaces and colleagues.
Favorites
Allow view on favorite rooms, workplaces, parking spaces and colleagues.
Find a Colleague
Allow find a colleague feature.
Workplace App Theme
Set an accent color and/or upload a logo, which will be visible at the bottom of the Home Screen.
