How to log in

Workplace Management is an online application which can be accessed via a device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone) with an internet connection and a web browser. The recommended web browsers are:
Google Chrome
Apple Safari
Microsoft Edge
Every customer will have a unique URL to access their Workplace Management environment. The URL looks something like this: https://<client name>.axxerion.com/axxerion/signin
Examples:

https://foodanddrinks.axxerion.com/axxerion/signin
When browsing to the correct client URL, a login screen is presented to the user. The language of the login screen is taken over from the language of the browser. After logging in to Workplace Management, the language of the system user takes over and shows the application in the applicable language.

Users can only be logged in once in Workplace Management. If the same user logs in a second time via another session, the user is not directly logged in, but is asked to close the first session. After that the user can log in again.
If the client has a Single Sign-On (SSO) set up, the user will not be presented the above login screen. The user will either be already logged in or the user needs to log in via their identity provider, for example Microsoft.
