History, favorites, personal bin and system groups
General
Via the top right corner of the screen, the user menu can be accessed. Via the drop-down menu several options can be selected, like History. Each of the options is described below.
History
The ‘History’ overview shows the latest objects the user has opened. From this overview, the recently used objects can be quickly found and navigated to.
The number of objects shown in the history overview depends on the users settings.
Favorites
Most objects in Workplace Management can be marked as a favorite. Favorites are user dependent. Objects which the user uses a lot, can be added as a favorite and can quickly be accessed via the 'Favorites' overview.
Objects which do not show the favorites (star) icon on the top right, cannot be marked as favorite.
Personal bin
Objects recently deleted and archived by the user are shown in this overview.
System groups
An overview of the system groups (authorizations) assigned to the user. This overview will be less relevant for the user itself, but more relevant for a system administrator for debugging purposes, if the user does not see relevant navigation options, or does not receive the correct tasks in a workflow, for example.
