Include visitors during the reservation process or create an ad-hoc visitor. This streamlines the process for the front desk by pre-populating visitor information and facilitates a smoother check-in experience.
You’ll only see the Visitor-relevant features, after your administrator assigns the relevant permission.
For every visitor, following information can be provided:
Visitor details
Name & Company (mandatory)
Email
Visitor Type (list defined by administrator)
Car > if yes: license plate

Create ad hoc visitors
From the “My Visitors” menu point,
manually add visitors, by providing the requested information in the GO Web portal
batch upload a list of visitors, that can be prepared in an excel format
Include visitors during the reservation process
On GO - Create Reservation, it’s possible to add Visitors to a room reservation. In the Participants-tab,

Manage all visitors
The My Visitors overview lists all future visitors for the logged in user.
It’s possible to
Filter on date: next 7 days, next 30 days or look-up a specific date
Ad hoc creation of Visitors
Import: batch upload a list of visitors, that can be prepared in an excel format
Add: manually add visitors, by providing the requested information in the GO Web portal
Search on name
Sort on
Name
Building name
Arrival or Departure Time
Search
