MGT - Compliance: Document bulk uploader

A new option has been added to upload new documents in bulk. Via this option, users can upload multiple documents at once and link each document to the relevant asset and document type via a list view.
As a compliance key user
I want to be able to upload new documents (e.g. inspections) in bulk, instead of one by one
So that I can work a lot faster

Bulk uploading significantly reduces the time and effort required to upload new documents
Processing bulk uploaded documents significantly reduces the time and effort required to link new documents to the correct assets and document types
