Wat is het verschil tussen de begrippen bezettingsgraad en bezettingsgraad?
Beide concepten zijn gebaseerd op sensorgegevens over de bezettingsgraad.
bezettingsgraad (bijv. 50% bezet in 8 uur tijd) vs bezettingsgraad (2 van de 4 stoelen)
Voorbeeld 1. Als een vergadering 8 uur duurt en er waren 2 mensen in een vergaderruimte met een capaciteit van 10, dan wordt de bezettingsgraad gezien als 100% voor de hele 8 uur, maar de bezettingsgraad was slechts 20%.
Voorbeeld 2. Een ruimte kan 50% van een dag bezet zijn (4 van de 8 uur), maar als slechts 2 van de 4 stoelen worden gebruikt, wordt de ruimte 50% gebruikt tegen 50% bezetting. De echte prestatie is dan slechts 25% (een halve dag gebruikt voor de helft van de capaciteit).

Direct gebruik en bezetting
Direct Gebruik betekent dat de sensor informatie over "het aantal getelde mensen in een bepaald gebied" (headcount number) naar het Workplace-platform stuurt.

What is the difference between the concepts Occupancy and Utilization?
Both concepts are based on occupancy sensor data.
occupancy (eg 50% occupied in 8h time) vs utilization (2 out of 4 chairs)
Example 1. If a meeting went on for 8 hours, and 2 people were in a meeting room with capacity 10, Occupancy will be seen as 100% for the whole 8 hours, but Utilization was only 20%.
Example 2. A room can be occupied 50% of a day (4 out of 8h) but when only 2 chairs are used out of 4, it is utilized 50% against 50% occupation. The real performance is then only 25% (half a day used for half the capacity).

Direct Utilization & Occupancy
Direct Utilization means the sensor will send information on “the number of people counted in a certain area” (headcount number) to the Workplace platform.
Headcount number is visualized in the Utilization Live Floorplan and is reported on in Space monitor Dashboard. Occupancy Live Floorplan geeft aan of de locatie bezet is of niet.

Indirect gebruik en bezetting
Indirect gebruik betekent dat de sensor bijvoorbeeld aanwezigheids- of voetgangsgegevens verstuurt en na aggregatie van de gegevens in het tijdslot (zieyes for utilization in meeting rooms or in open spaces |
Indirect Utilization & Occupancy

De The Browan Motion sensor stuurt informatie over de bezetting (aanwezigheid gedetecteerd? ja of nee) naar het Workplace platform. Als u meerdere Browan Bewegingssensoren in 1 ruimte heeft (1 per stoel en 1 om de ruimte te bedekken), en de configuratie is op een specifieke manier gedaan, kan het Workplace platform "het aantal getelde personen in een bepaald gebied" berekenen.Pagina will send information on occupancy (presence detected? yes or no) to the Workplace platform.
