  • interpret data from the Reservation Patterns Dashboard


Use Reservation Pattern dashboard to get quick summary insights on how people book and cancel their reservations, which allows learning from booking patterns to increase awareness and encourage best-practices.

The Reservation Patterns dashboard reports on all reservations data, including cancelled reservations and no-shows (dashboard takes data from Workplace Management, and does not contain sensor data).

Use this dashboard to gain insight in people behavior

 

The dashboard does not contain detailed timelines, but shows monthly trends on historical data.

Historical data means that the visualized data in the dashboard was gathered until yesterday. The current Reservations Insights will load data from 01/07/2022 (hard coded date), including cancelled reservations and no-shows.

Reservation Patterns covers all reservable categories (Rooms, Workplaces, Parking and Equipment, Services)

Metric definitions

  • ‪‪# Total Reservations: nr of reservations that are created in the system = # Reservations + # Cancellations + # No Shows

  • # Reserved: nr of reservations that took place

  • # Cancellations: nr of reservations that were cancelled BEFORE the start of the meeting

  • # No Shows: nr of reservations that were cancelled AFTER the start of the meeting (by sensor or brain rule or person)

  • # Hours booked: sum of duration of all reservations

  • # Hours released: sum of duration of all reservations that were cancelled BEFORE the start of the meeting

  • # Hours reclaimed: sum of duration of all reservations that were cancelled AFTER the start of the meeting

‪See what are the “no show” patterns where the reserved space is not cancelled in advance, in order to take appropriate actions to reduce the “no shows”
