Cobundu:

Multiple changes are made to the reports used by Cobundu for the workplace integration.

Details:

Unnecessary filters and columns are removed from four of the master data reports used by Cobundu: 'COBUNDU-002 ScriptReportVerifyUser', 'COBUNDU-003 ScriptReportAllProperties', 'COBUNDU-011 ScriptReportAllPropertysAndAreas' and 'COBUNDU-012 ScriptReportAllReservationItems' in order to make the reports easier to understand, debug and increase the performance.

Reserve in advance from/until settings (from a reservable) are moved from the COBUNDU-019 ScriptReportFreeBusy to the COBUNDU-011 ScriptReportAllPropertysAndAreas.

The setup and tidy-up times (From a reservable) in COBUNDU-011 ScriptReportAllPropertysAndAreas are now also split into a period and period code columns instead of always displaying it in minutes, so "Work" hours and "Work" days can also be supported in the future.

The initialization wizard for setting up a new client no longer has the master data settings (use properties, use assets) and imports. Instead, these have their own solution-based rollouts that can be started after the initialization wizard is started.

When importing a CSV file, the system expected a semicolon field delimiter (;).

Since most regions outside of Europe use a comma field delimiter, the import mapping no longer has a predefined field delimiter set but instead, the field delimiter set in the user settings is used.

Bookmark link in emails:

In some of the e-mails, a link is available to directly open the object (E.g. request). This link was always the regular link and not the link that should be used in case SSO (Single sign-on) is applicable.

This link can now also contain the SSO variant.

This can be enabled based on a new client setting (on general settings, tab email).

To use this, emails generated before 2023 need to be generated again (remove them first) to have the correct parameter.

A new navigation menu option 'Areas' is added in the Property sub-menu.

Via this menu option, areas can be searched directly, without the need to navigate to a property first. This menu option is available to the view and edit property user groups.

When checking availability within regimes (used in formulas and script functions), the results were wrong when different timezones (server timezone, user timezone and regime zone) were in use. This has been fixed.

Impersonation of a user with the webservice from the context of an external app is now only possible for users that have been tagged within that particular external app. When a user is not tagged, it can't be impersonated and Axxerion will resturn an error when generating a token.

The BankStatement.bankStatementReference field is used for determining the order of bank statements. However, uncaught exceptions could be encountered when huge values are used (20+ digits). Now a regular error is returned when such a big number is submitted.
