It was already possible to book workplaces for others, though it was only possible one after the other.
As an end-user
I want to create a group booking of workplaces for my colleagues (& myself)
So that we can sit next to each other and collaborate
The maximum number of workplaces in one group booking is set to 20.

Configuration instructions
Available for all users that are allowed to make reservations for other people (other user will be reservation responsible); setting made in IWMS.
