Make group reservations based on contact groups
By introducing contact groups, we will apply a new search component each time you’re looking for a contact. When making a group reservation, you will be able to first select all the people (individually or as group) you want to include and then select the desks for the group reservation
As an end user
I want to be able to first select my (group of) contacts before choosing the desks to reserve
So that the system intelligently counts the number of people and presents the available desks to book
Benefits
Optimized User Experience: by first asking to select the contacts (groups) the user doesn’t have to count the desks to book
