Use the Mini Display
Quick start guide
The Mini Display supports Reservation scenario only. There is no information nor behavior that takes into account occupancy data, if occupancy is tracked in the location.
Making a simple reservation
Select one of the buttons to quickly make a reservation for the next 30-60-90 minutes.
If the location is reserved soon, the relevant buttons will no longer be available.
Scan the QR code with The Workplace App to find out more details about this location or make a reservation in the future.
Extending a ongoing reservation
When there’s an ongoing reservation, you can « End » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the location.
Easily find the room you’ve booked
If a reservation starts in less than 10 minutes, the LED will turn amber, and the reservation subject will be shown. This allows you to quickly identify the right room for your reservation.
