Browan Battery Replacement
When replacing a battery (or even placing the same battery again), make sure that the capacitor will deplete (meaning there is no left-over "power" inside the sensor) by either
wait for at least 6h between removal and replacement of the battery
or connect the both poles by a metal wire (for example a folded open paperclip) for more than 10 seconds (see image)
Best Practice: measure the voltage with a voltage meter to be sure the capacitor is drained.
Make sure that gateways are confirmed connecting to the Workplace Platform when performing this action, so that the sensor (that has just found power again) can easily connect to the gateway without depletion of the battery.
Browan sensors work on 1/2 AA 3.6V lithium batteries
